The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location is not close to the touristic areas, but it's comfortable and easy to get around. Transportation was convenient, as the hotel was close to the station and on the shopping street that goes straight to the Gion area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During my recent business trip to Japan, I stayed at a hotel that was reasonably priced and had clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The hotel had a free water bottle service that I thought was a nice touch, and the breakfast restaurant was spacious. the hotel was located in a mixed commercial and residential area, so there were plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store nearby for convenience.
The hotel was a bit pricier than I expected for the value offered. although it was in a good location for restaurants and shopping, it was a little further from some of the main tourist attractions in the city, which may be a consideration for some travelers.

We stayed in a hotel which had great transportation options. It was easy to find transportation near our hotel, not touristy at all. The hotel was situated near the train station and there were many buses running from nearby stations. Although it was not in the center of the city, it was very convenient to get around.
The air conditioning system was not adjustable and we felt quite uncomfortable as it was blowing hot air.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options.
The wifi was a bit slow, which was frustrating at times. , the language barrier proved to be a bit of a challenge, as some of the staff did not speak much English.
